Identify Customer Segments

In this project, I was provided with authentic data supplied by Bertelsmann partners AZ Direct and Arvato Finance Solution. The dataset revolves around a German company specializing in mail-order sales. The primary objective was to discern characteristics within the population that exhibit a higher likelihood of becoming customers in a targeted mailout campaign.

Using unsupervised machine learning techniques, we organized the overall population into clusters and investigated which clusters constitute the primary user base for the company. Due to restrictions from the company that provided the data, it cannot be shared.
